Part-Time Healthcare Receptionist & Clinical Coder

Wivenhoe Medical Practice is seeking a proactive receptionist and clinical coder on a part-time basis (16 hours per week) to be the first point of contact for patients, delivering excellent customer service while supporting clinical staff.

You will register new patients, manage appointments, handle calls and emails, and assign accurate codes using ICD-10, OPCS-4, ensuring GDPR compliance; you will work with clinicians to clarify medical information and contribute to data reporting.
