Senior Actuary, With-Profits Strategy & Policy Insight

M&G is seeking a Senior Actuary (With-Profits) to join the Life Finance team and help manage the With-Profits funds. You will advise the Head of With-Profits Management and influence strategic decisions that affect policyholders and the long-term performance of the funds.

You will draft board papers, attend committees, and collaborate with finance to translate complex results into clear recommendations. Strong communication and actuarial expertise are essential.
