Eden House is the first service in our brandnew Division of Residential Addictions. Branded under “Flourish”,Eden House will be the first Priory therapy-led residentialprogramme for people seeking meaningful, sustainable recovery fromaddiction and relatedbehaviours What you’ll bedoing You will be part of acompassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. Wetake a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help peoplemove forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfillingfuture. As a Therapy Lead , you willplay a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff withthe assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans,undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegatedto facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment ofresidents Leading and supporting adiverse range of therapy staff including psychology, therapy, OT,assistants and any other specialisms that fall within the team’stherapy needs. Facilitating regular managementsupervision with individuals in line with Priory policy, using acascade system with other qualified therapists An agreed reduced level of patient facing clinical hoursto create line management responsibility, as agreed with thePrivate Business and Therapy Manager. Beavailable for any clinical issues the team may need, for examplemanaging risk, responding to complex patient needs, supportingindividual cases with a wider MDT as necessary. Your natural empathy will help you support othersthrough both the highs and lows. The idealcandidate will be a registered healthcare professional (HCPC) oraccredited psychotherapist (BACP, BABCP, UKCP) with strongleadership skills to support a diverse therapy team. They shouldhave a solid understanding of therapy roles in mental health,experience in management supervision, and the ability to remaincalm in challenging situations. Experience in a commercial settingwith cost management awareness and flexibility to adapt to changingbusiness needs is also essential.
