SOC Manager — MDR Delivery Lead & Incident Champion

Investigo seeks a SOC Manager to lead a 24/7 Managed Detection & Response function. You will own client delivery, guide SOC Analysts, and drive the standards the SOC is measured against. The role centers on improving processes, challenging thinking, and ensuring the service continues to evolve.

As the senior point of escalation, you will manage major incidents and communicate recommendations to stakeholders, balancing delivery with technical leadership across client portfolios.
