Senior SAP Incident Manager – Onsite Go-Live Readiness

Akkodis seeks an experienced SAP Incident Manager for a 12-month + extensions contract in Broughton, North Wales, onsite. Start: April 2027.

You will lead structured Incident Management in ServiceNow/ITSM, coordinate L1 Hypercare with L2/L3 resolver groups, and drive resolution performance during Pilot and Go-Live. Experience with SAP S/4HANA manufacturing environments and ITIL incident management is highly desirable.
