You’ll supervise a dedicated group of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and help support the clinical team with medication, assessments, care plans and reviews to ensure high‑quality, personalised care for every resident.

We look for NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, a warm, compassionate approach, and a commitment to ongoing training.
