Retail Betting & Customer Experience Lead

Betfred is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join our UK retail team. You will help deliver a welcoming, high-standard customer experience across our shops, handle bets, and support promotions during the sporting calendar.

You will learn through a structured training programme and progress to opening/closing the Betfred shop, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and exceptional service.
