Alternative Futures Group is seeking a care professional to lead the mobilisation of new complex care packages across the North West. You’ll use clinical knowledge to shape personalised care plans and work with individuals, families and healthcare peers to deliver safe, independent living at home.

Through hands-on training and shadowing, you’ll help establish support packages and support new teams to develop skills and confidence from day one.
