Senior Mechanical Engineer – Maintenance & Reliability Lead

NES Fircroft is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Lead in Dorset to provide day-to-day mechanical support and to lead the Mechanical Technician Team in safe, reliable maintenance. The role drives equipment reliability, supports plant modifications and helps shape the site’s long-term mechanical strategy.

The ideal candidate has a broad mechanical background, experience with rotating equipment, and around 10 years in petrochemical or related environments.
