SSQ is working with a leading US law firm in their search for a Corporate Energy M&A associate (3–6 PQE) to join their growing London Transactions practice. This is a rare opportunity to join at the start of a deliberate growth phase in which the firm is making significant investments into its London team.

The practice coordinates the firm’s energy work across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia, and the transactions reflect that international reach.

Work involves:

• Clean energy M&A
• Oil and gas acquisitions and disposals across upstream markets
• Infrastructure joint ventures and private equity deals
• Cross-border mandates for sponsors, corporates and institutional investors
