As a Client Administrator, you’ll deliver seamless administrative support to one of the busiest Financial Planners in the business, ensuring advice processes run smoothly from initial consultation through to implementation. This Client Administrator role requires resilience and strength of character – you’ll be working with an incredibly particular Financial Planner who manages immense business volume and expects excellence.

Client Administrator Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of the new business application process and meeting service level agreements
  • Processing applications and engaging with providers and third parties
  • Actioning Letters of Authority and Transfer of Authority documentationProviding regular pipeline updates and chasing outstanding cases
  • Preparing Financial Planners for client meetings with accurate documentation
  • Managing telephone enquiries and daily post
  • Maintaining comprehensive client records within CURO back-office system

This Client Administrator position offers genuine variety across wealth management processes within a supportive yet demanding environment. You’ll develop technical expertise alongside an experienced, high-volume Financial Planner where your contribution directly impacts client outcomes.

Client Administrator Requirements

  • Essential: Proven experience as an Administrator within an IFA or financial planning environment
  • Essential: Strong knowledge of financial planning processes and new business procedures
  • Essential: Experience using CURO or similar back-office systems
  • Essential: Resilient character capable of thriving in a high-volume, demanding environment
  • Desirable: Understanding of pension transfers, investment platforms and protection processing
