Exemplar Health Care’s Woolston House in Warrington is seeking a Health Care Assistant to support adults with complex care needs. The role offers full-time and part-time shift options from 8am-8pm, 10am-10pm, 8am-2pm, 9am-3pm, and 10am-4pm, including weekends.

A rate of £13.21 per hour is offered for this position. You’ll help residents with daily activities, personal care, meals, health and wellbeing, and social engagement, in a brand-new state-of-the-art home.
