Impact & Quality Lead – Data, KPIs & Improvement

Future Projects in Norwich is seeking a Quality and Impact Manager to strengthen project management, quality, data and impact systems across the charity, helping teams deliver effective, sustainable services that respond to local need.

You will work with Department Heads and service leads to plan, mobilise, deliver, review, transition and close projects, providing support, guidance and challenge while monitoring progress, risk, compliance and resources.
