Senior Estimator, Data Centre Cost & Risk

Soben in London seeks an experienced Estimator to lead cost planning for complex data centre projects. You will prepare detailed estimates, review design information, and coordinate with engineers and stakeholders to manage project costs.

The role requires a degree in QS/engineering, MRICS or equivalent preferred, 8–10 years in estimating, and strong proficiency with CostX, Candy or Causeway, plus BIM familiarity. Excellent communication is essential.
