Pertemps is recruiting for a Team Leader – Home Condition to lead a team of Property Condition Surveyors and Domestic Energy Assessors across Somerset. The role is field based with the nearest office in Weston-super-Mare.

We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor with strong social housing or RSL background. Basic DBS is required, and knowledge of Decent Homes and HHSRS is essential. The role supports sustainability and net zero targets.
