IT Command Centre Lead — 24/7 Service Operations

Asda is seeking an IT Service Operations Manager for a 24/7 on-site role in Leeds. You will act as the senior on-shift leader within the IT Command Centre, ensuring real-time health, stability and performance of technology services across shifts, including overnights, weekends and peak trading periods.

You will own incident management, major incidents, monitoring, and stakeholder communications, while driving continual improvement and alignment with ITIL 4 practices.
