Theatre Duty Manager: Customer Experience & Operations

Derby Theatre is seeking a Duty Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience, supervise Customer Service Assistants, and coordinate teams across the venue. You will respond to customer feedback and support both people and operations in a busy environment.

The role includes cash handling, reporting, risk management and venue presentation, working closely with cafe, bar, box office and front of house teams.
