CAD & Cloud Service Engineer – Public Safety

Arm is seeking a Service Systems Engineer to maintain mission-critical CAD and Control Room solutions used by Emergency Services customers in the UK. You will provide advanced technical support, investigate incidents, perform RCA, and implement changes across on-premise and Azure environments.

The role requires strong troubleshooting across applications, databases, infrastructure, and integrations, plus experience with Azure App Services and public safety workflows.
