Warehouse Team Leader – Day Shift, Northampton

Culina Group’s iForce Panattoni Park in Northampton is recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader on a full-time, permanent basis. The role covers a Monday–Friday day shift from 14:00 to 22:00, with a team-focused environment and a leadership allowance.

Ticket duties include leading and training the team, daily briefings, safety and hygiene compliance, stock monitoring, cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and accurate order picking and palletised building while maintaining strict housekeeping.
