Reablement Clinical Lead & Operations Manager

Hampshire County Council is seeking an Operational Manager Clinical Lead to line manage Occupational Therapists and Sensory Workers in the South Hants Hub, overseeing clinical management and contributing to service transformation.

You will work with Operational Managers across the service to promote MDT working, deliver an outstanding reablement service for Hampshire residents, and lead governance, CPD, and performance against KPIs.
