Senior IT Technician: Lead Complex IT Support & Projects

Demelza is seeking a Senior IT Technician to join our Kent-based IT team. You will be the go-to escalation point for complex tech issues, ensuring secure, stable systems, devices, networks and cloud services across Kent, SE London and East Sussex.

You’ll support the day-to-day Service Desk, deliver advanced technical support, contribute to projects, and help grow the team through coaching and knowledge sharing. A full driving licence with site travel is required.
