Cross-Venue Kitchen Manager – Lead Standards & Teams

Roxy Ball Room is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee food operations across its three London venues: Old Street, St Mary’s Axe and Holborn. You will ensure consistency, standards and performance across sites, with scheduling driven by live business needs.

You will lead kitchen teams, maintain food quality, and champion safety while working closely with General Managers and the wider operations team to keep shifts running smoothly.
