Highways Maintenance Supervisor – Hybrid + Company Van

Kier is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our London-based operations with hybrid working on offer. The role focuses on leading site teams, coordinating programmes of work, and delivering high-quality highways maintenance services across London.

The successful candidate will have SMSTS/SSSTS, supervisory experience in highways or civil engineering, a full UK driving licence and relevant NRSWA/LGV credentials, plus strong IT skills including Excel.
