Are you passionate about using data, systems and technology to make a difference?
Northern Ireland Hospice is looking for a Marketing & Data Operations Manager to lead the systems, insights and processes that support our fundraising and marketing activity. You’ll be the driving force behind our CRM, reporting and marketing technology, helping us better understand, engage and grow our supporter community.
Working closely with Marketing, Fundraising, Supporter Care and ICT teams, you’ll manage platforms including Raiser’s Edge NXT and Dotdigital, develop meaningful reporting and dashboards, improve data quality, and identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and innovation.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience managing CRM systems and data
- Strong reporting, analytics and Excel skills
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- A passion for turning data into insight and action
- Knowledge of GDPR and data governance principles
- Experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT, Power BI, GA4 or working in the charity sector would be an advantage.
