We are seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a residential house build project in Glasgow. You’ll work alongside the Site Manager to ensure the project progresses on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:– Assist with day-to-day site operations and supervision of trades and subcontractors.– Monitor health & safety compliance on site.– Support scheduling, material orders, and deliveries.– Ensure quality control and site cleanliness.– Liaise with suppliers, architects, engineers, and clients.– Report progress to the Site Manager and help resolve any site issues.
Requirements:– Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or in a similar role.– Residential construction experience preferred.– Valid CSCS card– SMSTS or SSSTS (desirable)– Strong communication and organisational skills
