Deaf Education: Communication Support Specialist

Quantum Multi-Academy Trust’s Great Baddow High School in Chelmsford is seeking a committed Communication Support Worker to join our Resource Base for Deaf Students to support teaching staff and deaf learners.

You should have a good general education and an ability to foster good relationships, whilst demonstrating patience and sensitivity. Signature BSL Level 3 and GNVQ Support Workers or Communicator Support Worker qualification or equivalent are essential.
