Continuity of Care Services Ltd in Ramsgate is seeking a kind Learning Disability Support Worker to support an 18-year-old man with autism, Treacher Collins Syndrome and learning disabilities who is non-verbal and deafened; you will help him access social events, activities and community experiences.
