Community Healthcare Support & Phlebotomist – Home Visits

Hampshire and Isle of Wight NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Healthcare Support Worker to join the Community Nursing Service across Hampshire in a permanent role. You will deliver patient care in the community, supporting care planning and working within a multidisciplinary team.

A full driving license and access to a vehicle are required for this role, which operates 8am–8pm, seven days a week, to ensure patients receive timely and compassionate care at home.
