Strategic Head of HR & Support Services (Hybrid)

Groundwork Cheshire, Lancashire and Merseyside is seeking a Head of HR & Support Services to lead people strategy and ensure excellence across the region.

You will report to the Executive Director and work with the Senior Management Team to develop workforce plans, oversee business support functions and ensure compliant operations while fostering an inclusive, values-driven culture. This role is based in Greater Manchester with hybrid working arrangements.
