Earthworks Sub Agent: Site Engineering Lead

EKFB is recruiting a Sub Agent in the Greatworth to Southam area to lead earthworks supervision on major civil works. You will assist with construction strategy, develop programmes and manage site resources.

The role requires hands-on leadership of the site engineering team and ensuring delivery to contract, safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will coordinate with the Agent and Section Foreman, maintain progress reports and contribute to cost control and forecasting.
