Care Assistant – Day & Night Shifts, Flexible Hours

Care Outlook is hiring Care Assistants to join our on-site team in Rustington (BN16, UK). The role involves personal care, companionship, and helping with daily tasks in clients’ homes, with shifts across days and nights.

We offer permanent full-time positions with flexible hours, DBS cost coverage, free uniform, and a 28 days annual leave (pro rata). Pay starts at £12.71 per hour, with a refer-a-friend scheme of £300 and four-weekly payroll.
