Part-Time Senior Youth Program Lead (Evenings)

Kensington & Chelsea YPF is seeking a part-time Senior Youth Worker to lead evening youth club sessions on Thursdays and Fridays. The role focuses on delivering engaging activities for ages 6–19, with strong emphasis on safety, mentoring staff and volunteers, and reporting outcomes.

You will develop session plans, manage a team of part-time workers, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment while supporting the learning and development of young people in our community.
