Guest Experience Host: Premium Front Desk Concierge

ST James Facilities is hiring a Guest Experience Host based at the reception desk of 20 Fenchurch Street. This front of house role is in a flagship, high-visibility building requiring a hospitality approach and superb customer service to all visitors.

You will greet guests, manage calls, coordinate with cleaners and facilities, and deliver accurate daily reports as part of a multi-disciplinary team on site.
