Salary and Benefits
Starting salary: £25,201 per year (£12.71 per hour). After 6 months: £27,561 per year (£13.94 per hour). Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, based on a 38 hour week & overtime.
Saturday Weekend Premium +£4.39 (Saturdays) applied to contracted hours. Paid weekday and weekend overtime.
- Monthly Non-Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
- Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)

Responsibilities
- Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes.
- Carrying out essential vehicle safety checks.
- Collecting and delivering parcels to homes and businesses.
- Providing a friendly, dependable service – whether it’s a birthday gift or important business mail.
Qualifications
- A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5 t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points.
- Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30 kg.
- Friendly, dependable, and customer focused.
- Comfortable working independently but also a great team player.
- Looking for a stable, long‑term role in a growing organisation.
