I’m currently working with a leading international financial institution on an exciting opportunity for a structured finance lawyer to join its EMEA legal team.
This role will suit a lawyer with strong experience advising on repo and structured financing transactions, looking to work closely with front office stakeholders on a broad range of complex and cross-border transactions.
Key areas of focus include:
- Repo & Structured Repo Transactions
- Securities Lending
- Structured Finance
- Securitisation & CLOs
- Total Return Swaps
- Secured Financing Structures
The successful candidate is likely to have gained experience within an international law firm, financial institution, or a combination of both, and will have strong transaction execution skills together with a commercial, solutions-focused approach.
Experience with GMRA documentation, collateral arrangements and structured financing products would be particularly attractive.
