Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
International Education | Higher Education
Location: UK / Middle East | Global Remit
FIND is partnering with a high-growth international education group to appoint a Chief Revenue Officer.
This is a significant Group-level appointment, reporting directly to the CEO and taking responsibility for the organisation’s complete revenue and growth strategy.
The CRO will bring together five major areas of the business – Education Partnerships, Commercial Partnerships, Student Recruitment, Marketing and External & Corporate Relations – creating one coordinated commercial engine across the Group.
The role will lead an established senior team which includes leaders across:
• Global Education Partnerships
• Commercial & Strategic Partnerships
• International Student Recruitment
• Marketing & Demand Generation
• External, Government & Corporate Relations
The mandate is substantial.
You’ll own the Group revenue plan, set multi-year growth targets across markets and channels, drive international enrolment growth, expand strategic partnerships and identify new routes to revenue.
You’ll also be responsible for bringing greater commercial alignment across the organisation – connecting marketing, recruitment, partnerships and external relations through shared data, forecasting and clear accountability.
Required experience
We’re looking for someone with:
• 10+ years’ senior leadership experience, ideally spanning international education, student recruitment, partnerships and commercial development
• A proven track record of owning a significant P&L and/or revenue target within a global, multi-market organisation
• Experience leading multiple senior functional heads across different commercial disciplines
• Strong exposure to international student recruitment and education partnerships
• Experience managing relationships with government, regulatory and/or accreditation bodies
• Evidence of operating successfully across multiple international markets and regulatory jurisdictions
• Strong commercial judgement, forecasting capability and confidence owning pipeline accuracy
• The ability to lead across culturally diverse and geographically dispersed teams
• A strong external presence, with credibility at CEO, Board, institutional partner and senior stakeholder level
Experience across markets such as the UK, Gulf, APAC & North America would be particularly valuable, as would an existing network across international education.
This isn’t simply a senior sales role.
It’s an opportunity to own and shape the entire revenue architecture of an ambitious international education group – bringing together multiple commercial functions and helping lead its next phase of international growth.
Package: You’ll likely be somewhere within £160,000 – £220,000 currently + executive package
Location: UK or Dubai but extensive international travel.
