Infrastructure Adoptions Lead – Highways & Utilities

Gilbert & Goode, part of Ocean Housing, seeks an Adoptions & Engineering Lead to own infrastructure completion and adoption across South West developments. You will manage highways, drainage and section agreements, lead bond releases, and coordinate with local authorities, solicitors, contractors and adopting bodies to deliver compliant schemes.
