Legal & Compliance Associate – Energy and Resources Company in London

We are working on a 12 month FTC role in the Legal & Compliance team within this energy and natural resources company in London.

Responsibilities will include:

• advising from a legal standpoint on the company’s commercial agreements, corporate and governance matters affecting the business and its portfolio of assets
• ensuring compliance and risk procedures and policies are implemented as well as providing compliance advice and training to professionals across the business

The role will suit a junior legal and compliance professional, with around 1-3 years of experience gained in a law firm or in-house legal environment. Experience within the energy and natural resources sector will be advantageous.
