Cleaning Services Team Leader — Safety, Training & Compliance

Monmouthshire County Council is seeking a Team Leader to support the Management Team in running the Building Cleaning Department. You will oversee site audits and train staff on day-to-day cleaning activities, providing practical on-site advice.

You’ll ensure COSHH documentation is up to date and that staff follow Health & Safety procedures, COSHH, and risk assessments across sites such as schools, public buildings, museums, and public conveniences.
