Job Description Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Buckinghamshire – £45,000 n Location: Amersham & High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday (08:00-17:00) + 1-in-5 Call-Out n n About the Role n We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building maintenance provider, working across two buildings in Buckinghamshire. n n You’ll be part of a skilled engineering team, delivering planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across building plant and services within a healthcare environment. Your week will be split 50/50 between both hospitals, with occasional support required at the other site during the working day. n n Key Responsibilities of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer n n Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical building plant and services. n Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime. n Carry out servicing, fault-finding and remedial repairs on mechanical systems. n Assist with commissioning and maintenance of mechanical plant and equipment. n Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site documentation. n n n Requirements of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer n n City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering. n Proven experience in a commercial, healthcare or similar building environment. n Strong mechanical maintenance and fault-finding skills. n Must be able to pass an Enhanced DBS check. n n n What’s on Offer n n £40,000-£45,000 per annum n Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 n 1-in-5 call-out rota n 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays n Up to 6% contributory pension scheme n Discounts across around 1,000 retailers n Paid volunteering day n n n If you’re a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer looking for a challenging and rewarding role within a demanding environment, take the next step in your career by clicking ‘Apply Now’! n n JBRP1_UKTJ
