Teaching Assistant Level 1 – Flexible, Inclusive Support

Prospere Learning Trust’s CHS South is seeking a Teaching Assistant Level 1 to join the friendly, inclusive secondary school. This permanent, full-time role (30 hours per week, term-time plus 1 week) supports pupils with learning, wellbeing and development under teachers and leaders.

You will assist in lesson prep, manage small groups and 1:1 support, monitor progress, and help maintain a safe, positive environment.
