About Chapel House
Chapel House is a warm welcoming 10-bedroom home in Winsford, with a spacious lounge, private garden and sensory room. We provide 24-hour nursing care for people with acquired brain injuries, with a person-centred approach that puts each person’s needs and wellbeing first.
The People We Support
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual support plans.
- Support with personal care, medication, activities, and physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Listen to and respect the choices and preferences of the people we support.
- Build positive relationships with families, colleagues and other professionals.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and report any concerns.
- Support the Service Manager with complaints or concerns when required.
- Help create a safe, caring and positive environment.
£12.71 per hour
Permanent contracted hours
