Strategic Recruitment & Resourcing Manager — Local Government

Halton Borough Council is seeking a experienced Recruitment & Resourcing Service Manager to lead the Recruitment & Resourcing Team within the Chief Executive’s Delivery Unit. The role focuses on recruitment, workforce planning and organisational change to support service delivery and value for money.

You will work with senior leaders, schools, trade unions and external partners to shape the council’s workforce strategy, manage agency and contingent workers, and drive continuous improvement.
