Pod is seeking a Head of Data & Analytics to own our data strategy, build and lead a central data team and partner with analysts across functions to turn data into decisions that drive growth. You will set governance and standards, shape the reporting layer and deliver AI-enabled analytics, dashboards and self-serve insights for teams across operations, sales and finance, reporting to the CIO.
