Quantitative Analyst – Energy Forecasting & Analytics

Drax seeks a Quantitative Analyst in the UK to join the Forecasting & Hedging Team. You will develop forecasting models for import and export portfolios, applying statistical, ML and optimisation techniques to improve accuracy and commercial value.

You will build automated reporting and visualisations with Python, SQL and Power BI for portfolio monitoring and decision support, while designing scalable data pipelines and providing timely quantitative insights to Commercial, Renewables and Finance
