A great opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate to join a growing Glasgow litigation team. Applications are welcomed from lawyers with 2+ years’ PQE through to Senior Associate level who are looking to handle a varied caseload and develop their careers within a supportive environment.

The role
- Manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters
- Draft and progress Sheriff Court actions
- Assist with negotiations and settlement discussions
- Work collaboratively on more complex disputes
- Build and maintain client relationships
About you
- 2+ years’ PQE, up to and including Senior Associate level
- Broad litigation experience covering property, contract, debt recovery and housing disputes
- Experience drafting and progressing court actions through the Sheriff Court
- Organisational and client relationship skills
- Able to manage a varied caseload and work independently
