Founding Internal Recruiter: GTM Hiring in London + Equity

Strive – GTM Talent Partner is seeking a founding internal recruiter for a fintech in Central London. You will own GTM hiring (AE, BDR, sales leadership) from scratch, building the talent engine as the first in-house recruiter on the ground.

The role offers up to £140K base, with equity and the chance to shape a new function in a hypergrowth environment. 5 days on-site preferred, flexible hybrid considered.
