FtP Advocate for Public Sector Professionals

UNISON, based at the UNISON Centre in London, is seeking a Professional Services Officer to represent members facing professional regulator allegations. You will manage your own caseload, provide advice and advocacy throughout FtP proceedings, and represent registrants at hearings both in person and online.

The role requires excellent communication, analytical judgment, and the ability to coordinate with regulators and unions to improve FtP processes and member outcomes.
