Sr. Software Developer Manager

Compensation

• $200,000 – $215,000
• 10% annual bonus + year-end bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and develop a 3-5 person software engineering team
• Oversee an approximately 15-person development function
• Partner closely with product managers
• Maintain technical credibility while focusing heavily on people leadership
• Drive process improvement and software modernization
• Develop high-performing engineers and future leaders

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Proven software engineering management background
• Direct management experience over software developers/engineers
• Ability to remain technically credible with code
• Experience partnering with product management
• Willingness to work onsite in Birmingham, AL, 8-5
