Homelessness Prevention Field Officer – Home Visits

The London Borough of Bromley is seeking a Homelessness Prevention Visiting Officer to manage a caseload within the Triage & Prevention Services and to shape the Council’s approach to homelessness. You will report to the Team Manager and conduct home visits to understand situations and provide tailored options to prevent homelessness.

With extensive knowledge of housing legislation and strong collaboration skills, you will ensure services remain high-performing and focused on positive outcomes
